The visit to the National Aviary Park of Colombia in a few words:
In the morning we leave Cartagena for the Aviary Park of Baru, a peninsula located less than an hour away. Once there, you will have the opportunity to visit the famous Aviario Nacional de Colombia. On the way back, you will enjoy the beautiful beaches of Playa Blanca. You will spend time relaxing, swimming, and having lunch before heading back to Cartagena.

Highlights of this tour:
Visit the National Aviary of Colombia, the bird park with the widest range of bird species in South America. A site that is home to almost 1700 individuals for 170 species that are endemic to Colombia. You will also attend a show featuring various birds. Enjoy the most impressive view over the historic centre and the towers of Bocagrande from the la Popa Hill. Walk down the tunnels of Fort San Felipe de Barajas, the largest Spanish fort on the continent, designed to protect the city from pirate attacks, before heading back to your hotel.

All year round. Please note that on weekends and public holidays the Aviary Park can be very busy.
